Due to open in just a hand full of weeks and with all that building behind us we have now reached the greatest part of restaurant development - taste testing! After a more than extensive tasting with international tea master Nathan Wakeford from Somage (again, our pleasure). We have built our tea collection on the principles of the most well known of tea ceremonies - a traditional afternoon tea.
